BLUE INDUSTRY RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange items purchased from shopblueindustry.com within 30 days from the date of purchase and delivery.

Please note that if you choose to return an item, a $25 flat-rate return fee will apply. This fee helps cover processing and restocking costs associated with returns. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Upon inspection, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the value of the returned item(s), minus any applicable shipping fees. Please have your original receipt and item on hand with the price tag to help us expedite your visit. Purchases made in a retail store may only be returned to their authentic dealers.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

As we always strive to provide the best service possible, Blue Industry offers customers a price adjustment policy under the following conditions:
An item’s price has been reduced within 7 days of purchase.
The item is still available in the same style, colour, and size as the original purchase.
Price adjustments may be requested once per item. (A second price adjustment will not be offered if the item in question is reduced again.)
For all online purchases, please contact our Customer Support team HERE and include your order number and a description of the item. The difference from a price adjustment will be refunded to the original method of payment.

REPEATED RETURNS

We are proud to offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by the same account and if we notice that our return policy is being abused, we do reserve the right to close your Blue Industry account and/or cancel future orders.

SALE ITEMS

While we are running a seasonal sale, you will find previous season’s products at incredible prices—all with our uncompromising service.
All items from the sale are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet these standards.
All sales are final. Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with a receipt including the price tags may be exchanged for other items or store credit within 15 days of the original purchase

Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed after its arrival at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the refund has been issued.
